I built AZ Home Prep to flip that: an education-first place where Arizonans can get honest, straightforward guidance without anyone trying to sell them something.

The goal is simple — meet you exactly where you are, whether you're just curious, repairing credit, saving for a down payment, house-hunting, already own, or thinking about investing — and help you move forward with confidence.

How I work

As a licensed mortgage loan originator, I help Arizonans understand the path to homeownership — credit, budgeting, down payment assistance programs like Arizona's Home Plus, and everything that comes after you get the keys. One thing I'll always be upfront about: the guidance here is educational. When it's time to talk specifics about your loan, rate, or application, I handle that personally through my official, compliant process — never through a chatbot.
