These Terms govern your use of AZ Home Prep (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Educational purpose only

AZ Home Prep helps Arizonans learn about buying, owning, protecting, and improving a home. The content — including guides, the Prep Coach, and your readiness plan — is general education. It is not a substitute for personalized advice from a licensed professional. Always confirm specifics with the appropriate professional before making a decision.

The Prep Coach (AI)

The Prep Coach is an AI assistant and can be incomplete or wrong. Don't rely on it as your sole source of information, and don't submit sensitive personal or financial details in the chat. Anything specific to your loan, rate, or application is handled by Nic Feinstein personally through an official, compliant process — not through the Site.

No client or lending relationship

Using the Site — including chatting with the Prep Coach or submitting a question — does not by itself create a mortgage, advisory, or client relationship, and is not an application for credit or a commitment to lend.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your login secure and provide accurate information. You're responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the Site for unlawful purposes.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, abuse, scrape, or overload the Site.
• Don't misrepresent yourself or submit others' information without permission.

Intellectual property

The Site's content, branding, and design are owned by AZ Home Prep and may not be copied or reused without permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Third-party links & services

The Site links to and relies on third-party services (for example, scheduling and content platforms). We're not responsible for their content or practices; their terms and policies apply to your use of them.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't warrant that the content is complete, accurate, or current, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AZ Home Prep and Nic Feinstein will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
